Our son is over the moon with his new Mack Brass Euphonium...thank you for such a smooth order and pick up process and the extensive knowledge of all things brass. We look forward to many more years of him enjoying playing this fine instrument.

Just purchased 2 Mack Brass TB810L trombones w/F attachment for my school from Tom based on the recommendation of some of my band director friends. I played on both of these horns before turning them over to my students and love them. The customer service I received from Tom was outstanding even before the horns were shipped. The sound is great in all registers and the mechanics of the horn are good. The quality of the horns are great and you can't beat the price.

Just received the 210L tuba from Tom. It's a wonderful horn and Tom and his crew do a very excellent job in preparing the horn for playing. You can trust Tom to be fair, honest and professional. This is a great place to buy a horn with total confidence!!!!!!

I needed some new brass instruments for my middle and high school. After much research online with other band directors, an Army tubist who had seen em, and an hour on the phone with Tom, I ordered 2 210L tubas, 2 1150S Euphs, and 2 601L F horns... Got em at the beginning of school in August. I am very impressed. I played them all and they sound great, they feel great, they look great! My kids sound great on em... No issues with them so far, and honestly, I could not have afforded to get these for my kids if I had not found these Mack horns. These are the real deal...

"Santa" delivered a MACK EU1150 euphonium to me for Christmas (thanks to Tom and Jody for making the surprise work!). I am a "wannabe" musician as I haven't played for over 30 years and my old baritone was literally falling apart at the seams. What a difference when I play the MACK! The valve action is so much faster, and takes a lot less air. Register changes are so smooth and quick. Can't wait to get to the next band rehearsal. Love the resonance and brilliance, specially in the lower registers. Now I'm ready to do some solo work. Recommend, recommend, recommend!

Being in a small school in OK, it's hard to find the funding resources to purchase quality instruments for our students. Thankfully, there is Mack Brass!!! We purchased five 210L Tubas and two EU1150 Euphoniums just last week. We are so pleased with the service, the shipping speed, and especially the instruments!!! Thank you Tom for your fantastic product, service, and business!!!

I purchased a Mack Brass TU210S tuba eight months ago (Feb. 2015) and I stand by what I said then. It is a fantastic horn - the best one I've ever played. Sweet sound in all registers.

I was getting frustrated figuring out to get a bass trombone on a "great recession" budget when I lucked across Mack Brass. I had tried many horns out over the last few years but couldn't get the quality or the price point to match up until Mack Brass. I also have been away from playing Bass Trombone regularly for close to 30 years and so my "chops" needed something lighter than the behemoth Bachs that I used to play in Conservatory (but I still loved the presence of the gold brass). I thought the MACK-TB831 might be the answer to my problem and it was. What first got me to even pick up the phone and take a chance was that the reviews on trombone and tuba forums about Tom McGrady's integrity and loyalty to his product. I have tried some Chinese horns before and the quality control can be iffy but with Tom's horns, even from his site and in talking to him, he takes the quality of these horns very seriously. He takes the "follow through" and customer satisfaction seriously. That was a big selling point for me. The quality of the horn is very good. I was pleasantly surprised at the good machining, the quality of the slide (which is very important) and tuning slides. Intonation is great on both valves and in the main horn. The MACK-TB831 is a good "all around" horn. It has a nice presence (gold brass!) without being stuffy and it can take just about any mouthpiece from a 5G or a 1 1/2G to a Schilke 60 and sound like that mouthpiece belongs with it. The Mouthpiece it comes with is serviceable as well. For someone working their way into a bass trombone double or to take it on full time, it gives you an excellent platform to work from. I was really impressed that it could take the Schilke 60 without splattering all over the place. The gold brass makes a difference. It has a rich sound but is still capable of "barking" for the big band stuff. I haven't had a chance to blast away at "the ride" or Mahler but this horn fits my bill very well. Thanks Tom!

My wife bought a euphonium for me last Christmas. To say I was surprised is an understatement. I have played it several times at church when our organist was not there. It plays wonderfully! I will recommend Mack Brass to anyone needing a quality instrument at a good price.

Our middle school director ordered a tuba and euphonium this past year from Mack Brass. As a tuba player, I was asked to play the tuba, OH MY!!! What a treat. Great sound, easy blowing, solid intonation! I'm the high school director and have ordered a tuba and euph. I'm so excited for our students to play on Mack Brass! Customer service was A+
